Age Estimation using Aorta Image Analysis in the Thai Population

The current technology used in imaging has an increasing role medical education. concept of using image analysis programme to help estimating the age aorta, largest artery, can be clearly seen use, especially establishing changes for identification individuals. purposes study were investigate gross morphology, morphometric parameters, and correlation between parameters with aorta human cadavers by programme. A total 244 specimens dissected from 4 locations 61 aortas donour autopsy range 20 90 years. included outer circumference, inner aortic diameter, average thickness all aorta. These defined measured results this showed that circumference (r=0.808-0.739), (r=0.763-0.682), vertical diameter (r=0.628-0.524) horizontal (r=0.808-0.396) a significant areas In ascending higher than other variables areas. equation established pertinent (OC) was = -61.648+ (1.141(OC)) standard error ± 12.45 prediction (HD) -35.799+ (4.134(HD)) 12.43 conclusion, knowledge structural associated estimation forensic anthropology.
